Ansaldo College of Education, Thiruvannamalai is a premiere institute of Education in the region offering Bachelor of Education programme. The college was established in 2005. The college has got approval from the N.C.T.E.
Our college has got well equiped laborateries, ambient space in class rooms and open area for sports and other extra curricular activities. We also have well qualified faculties and maintain good teacher & student ratio.
Our faculties are well qualified, dedicated towards their job and educate their students with full patient untill students get complete knowledge on the subject. They motivate their student to become good citizen for our country.
Our admission process is completely based on merit basis, hence we get students who are determined to get their degree in given period, they learn both curricular and co-curricular activities from our college.
We conduct regular events like sports, cultural, annual day, educational trip to within and outside state. We also conduct graduation day every year, who successfully completed course.
We have undertaken the task of sanitizing the restroom facilities designated for both male and female use, for a duration of one week. (09.01.2023 - 13.1.2023)
During the Environment Week 2023, both staff and student teachers enthusiastically engaged in tree planting activities, fostering a collective commitment to environmental preservation and transforming the campus into a greener and more sustainable space.
Termite control service has been carried out in the building to secure from subterranean termite infestation for a period of 10 year (23.03.2021 to 22.03.2031)
DTCP approval was obtained for the college building on 26.03.2021 from Directorate of town and country planning office Chennai.
Building extension support was strengthened during march 2021
Our college has every facility, which are required for our B.Ed and M.Ed students according to NAAC and NCTE norms. Out students get benefit from our facliities like completely ventlated class rooms, laboratories, transport facility, computer facility etc.,
Our college managment also very focused and keen to improve more facilities to our students, which can provide world class environment to learn what is required by education system.
Our college campus is very spacious surrounded by green trees, well equipped labs, library, conference room, play area, college bus etc.,
We have excellent classroom facility for our students. It is very calm with fresh air circulation inside the room, which enables students to concentrate on their studies. All classrooms are very well ventilated and every one has convenently seated. Our class rooms free from noice pollution.
Our institutions are constructed in a spacious building as per statutory norms laid by the NCTE and affiliating University. The college is situated in a very ideal and lush green atmosphere away from noise and pollution of city life.
Computer Laboratory - The college has an ICT Centre that can accommodate 20 students at a time. The centre is maintained by a qualified staff, who also conducts theory and practical classes for the students. The Centre is available during and after class hours.
Physical Science - To provide maximum pupil activity, the practical work is made a prominent feature in the B.Ed. Course. The Physical Science Laboratory of the college has a good collection of both Physics and Chemistry working and static models, equipments, apparatus and chemicals, related to high and higher secondary level. The laboratory provides practical training to the student teachers on different occasions.
Students rehearse the experiments to be performed in their respective schools during preliminary and intensive teaching practice.

Biological Laboratory - The college has an ICT Centre that can accommodate 20 students at a time. The centre is maintained by a qualified staff, who also conducts theory and practical classes for the students. The Centre is available during and after class hours.
Psychology Laboratory - A Psychology Laboratory is maintained by the college in which experiments in Psychology are conducted as part of the B.Ed. practical curriculum
Educational Technology Laboratory - This centre has LCD and OHP projectors, slide projectors and other equipment to aid the teaching learning process. Under the guidance of a qualified Audio Visual Technician, student teachers make use of the centre for instructional training.
Language Laboratory - With the objective of actively involving students in English learning, the Language Laboratory has been developed which could accommodate 20 students at a time.
Sports - Well laid court for Volley ball, Foot ball, Basket Ball, Kabbadi, Hand Ball, Ball Badminton, etc. for sports activities.
Our library has ample books from various types required for our students, they can be availed by any student any point of time. It has books from various National and international publication and students are very much benefited from this library.
